As last time, the course is made up of 6 weeks, but if you miss the beginning remember you can book on at any time and the price will adjust according to however many weeks are left (so if there are 4 weeks left, it will show as £40)

This course will allow us to dive into two of the Eight Limbs of Yoga, the Yamas and the Niyamas. Most people attend yoga for the physical benefits, the 'Asana' practice, but movement is just one limb of eight elements or steps in our yoga journeys on the path to a more enlightened life.  According to Patanjali (the 'Father of Yoga'), the Yamas and Niyamas are the first steps on this journey and describe attitudes and values that we should aim to have to live a full, good and authentic life.

Alongside our usual yoga practices, we will explore these principles over the 6 weeks, so that you can hopefully benefit from these learnings in your daily life.

Really welcoming friendly calm atmosphere,  I was able to work at my own pace , I was in some pain at the start of the session but it helped relieve the pain by the end, looking forward to the next session.

There is something for every; lots of alternatives to poses, no pressure and time to move at your own pace.

Enjoy an extended evening yoga session to include energising yoga followed by sound bath, massage and herbal tea.
We will harness the creative energy of Spring in a Yin-Yang Yoga practice, moving from gentle restorative poses into more invigorating movements.  Then, as the sun goes down, we will slow things down for a relaxing sound bath and massage.  We will end with a cup of warming cup of herbal tea and healthy treats.

This session is great for anyone who wants to learn a specific yoga move, create more mobility or strength.

Would you like to improve wellbeing and performance in your workplace?  Studies prove that having an opportunity at the beginning or middle of a work day to move, mobilise and stretch the body can increase mental clarity, creativity, focus and productivity for the rest of the day.  In-work yoga sessions are also a great incentive/ reward to be able to offer to your employees.

Our yoga sessions provide the perfect opportunity for you and your colleagues to take a moment out of the day to recharge, refresh and rebalance in body and mind. We normally include some strength and mobility work, energising movement flows, breathwork and mindfulness but can tailor the sessions to what works best for you and your business.

We can provide mats, blocks and equipment (for up to 20), you just need to provide the space. We can work around equipment to an extent.  As long as you can create a bit of floor space, we can get people yoga-ing! Option for Chair Yoga too if that suits your layout/ colleagues better.  We are happy to lead a session for as many people as your space allows, the price remains the same.
