What happens at this event?

Join us for a friendly and welcoming Chair Yoga class designed for everyone – whether you're new to yoga, working with limited mobility, recovering from injury, or just looking for a gentler way to stretch and strengthen.

Using the support of a chair, we explore mindful movement, breath awareness, and relaxation in a way that’s safe, accessible, and enjoyable. There will be options to stand and improve our balance and coordination and sometimes gentle movement/dance to music (something we have found to be really calming and fun!)

You’ll improve flexibility, balance, and posture while calming the mind…

I have enjoyed my 2 sessions of chair yoga and will definitely be returning. Emma is very good at reminding us to only do what we feel comfortable doing. A great way to do some gentle exercise in a relaxing environment. Thank you Emma
