Things to remember

Prices will vary according to what we are providing, but here is a rough guide:

Morning of Yoga (approx 9-12) - £120

Afternoon of Yoga (approx 1-3) - £100

Whole Day of Yoga (approx 9-3) - £200

Breakfast Club (30 mins, for staff or children, or both!) - £40

FAQ's
What different packages do you offer?
We can tailor our yoga provision to whatever works best with your school. Contact us to arrange a free no-obligation consultation to discuss what options there are (from one-off sessions, weekly or half termly, to after-school clubs or yoga for your hard-working staff!)
What equipment or space might we need?
We have about 20 mats we can provide (looking to get more) so if you have a few PE mats we could use as well then this would be great! Large mats can fit 2 or 3 children on. A space like a school hall is ideal but in good weather we can use outdoor space and if necessary move some furniture in a classroom and use that. Yoga is very adaptable and flexible so we can tailor a session to the space we have. We can even do Chair Yoga!
What sorts of things will a Yoga in Schools session include?
Again, this is very wide-ranging - there is a whole host of activities we can include to make yoga as accessible and fun for as many as possible, regardless of their experience, body shape or size. Some of the things we might include are: Breathwork to calm the body and mind Brain exercises to focus the mind Warm up and stretch exercises Child-friendly yoga flows and Sun Salutations LOADS of fun games Stories and poetry linked to movement Feel-good activities and journalling Relaxation and easy meditation But we will tailor the session to the age and energy of the class and what you would like them to achieve from the session. It can be more physical and playful or more gentle and calming or a mixture of both (most popular!)

All attendees under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
