FAQ's
Do I need to bring anything?
I have plenty of mats and equipment and blankets. But feel free to bring your own mat if you have one and a comfy cushion/ blanket for ultimate relaxation during the sound bath :) We hope to be outside for some of the event, so it might be a good idea to bring a jumper/coat or sunglasses/suncream, depending on the weather forecast! Lunch, drinks and teas will be served but feel free to bring a bottle of water if it is looking hot.
Is there parking?
There are normally plenty of spaces opposite the school, outside the church or on the roads around the school.
What is a guided meditation walk?
A guided meditation walk is a mindfulness practice where you will be encouraged to focus on the physical sensations of your body and your surroundings while walking. We will begin with a seated meditation and breathwork practice to anchor your attention in the present moment and then you will be free to walk around the area with the option of synchronizing your breath with your walking pace. There will be signs around the nature area giving you optional prompts for mindful moments as you go. It is normally a very relaxing exercise where we can fully connect with the natural world around us.

Emma understands everyone's ability and needs and personally I was in alot of pain when I started yoga 7 weeks ago. I feel relaxed and energised after the sessions and I'm able to move easier and have less pain. I am gradually able to do each movement better over time, it has also been an opportunity to meet other people.
