Enjoy an extended evening yoga session to include energising yoga followed by sound bath, massage and herbal tea. We will harness the creative energy of Spring in a Yin-Yang Yoga practice, moving from gentle restorative poses into more invigorating movements. Then, as the sun goes down, we will slow things down for a relaxing sound bath and massage. We will end with a cup of warming cup of herbal tea and healthy treats.
