As last time, the course is made up of 6 weeks, but if you miss the beginning remember you can book on at any time and the price will adjust according to however many weeks are left (so if there are 4 weeks left, it will show as £40)

This course will allow us to dive into two of the Eight Limbs of Yoga, the Yamas and the Niyamas. Most people attend yoga for the physical…

Things to remember

Choose a venue/time that suits you best, but if you can't make your usual class one week, then you can swap to a different class - just message me and let me know. It is normally no problem.

How does a termly booking work?
Pro rata availability

You can book at the start of the term or at anytime during, with pro rata pricing automatically set

Trial Sessions

Look out for one-off trial sessions. When made available, you can book a trial before committing to the rest of the term.

Flexibility in your hands

It is up to you how many weeks you join, but don’t leave it too long, as you may risk sessions selling out!

FAQ's
What do I wear or bring with me?
Wear comfortable clothing. If you have a mat or any other yoga equipment you like to use, feel free to bring it along, but I do have plenty of mats, blocks and blankets to borrow. If it is a particularly chilly day, you might want to bring a warm blanket/ hoodie for the start and finish (during Savasana).
Is there parking?
Yes there is parking at all the village venues. Willington Village Hall and Great Barford Bowls Club have large car parks. Moggerhanger Village Hall has some parking at the front (up to about 8 cars) but if I foresee large numbers I will open up the gate to the car park to the left of the hall. Sheerhatch School in Cople has some off-road parking opposite, in front of the church and on road parking too.
Are the venues easy to find?
They are all easy to find if you follow the postcode on your sat-nav, apart from Great Barford Bowls Club, which can be easy to miss (especially in the dark). The Bowls Clubs can be accessed by car via Woodpecker Close. Drive through until you see an opening between two houses ahead of you. Drive through here and you will find the Bowls Club car park. There is also a pedestrian entrance accessed via School Lane.
What if I can't make every session in the 6 weeks?
That is no problem. It is not always possible for everyone to make every session at the same time every week. With at least 4 other weekly Yoga for All classes running locally, you can just swap over to another day so you don’t miss out (just drop me a message if you do this). Or… worst case if you go away and have to miss it one week, it still works out cheaper to book the block than pay ‘drop-in’ prices each week :) You will also have access to a recorded version of the lesson so you can catch up at home.

Emma's classes are my weekly treat - a little time for me; time to relax, time to stretch and time to switch off for a while. There is something for every; lots of alternatives to poses, no pressure and time to move at your own pace. The mini massage at the end is the icing on the cake! Thank you Emma 🌟

Really welcoming friendly calm atmosphere, I was able to work at my own pace , I was in some pain at the start of the session but it helped relieve the pain by the end, looking forward to the next session.
